With Federal and State elections happening over the coming months, we want to know which local infrastructure projects are most important to you.
This information will guide us when discussing project priorities with local State and Federal election candidates.
We’ve prepared a diverse list of projects, such as improving the Sorrento foreshore, building new change rooms at Main Ridge’s Ditterich Reserve and redeveloping Tyabb Girl Guides Hall. These projects and the others listed on our website are designed to make the Mornington Peninsula a better place to live.
Now we need you to tell us what’s most important to you. We will collect your feedback and ensure local State and Federal election candidates are aware of your preferences. This will help them determine which projects they want to support.
The list of projects has been divided up by the Federal electoral boundaries of Flinders and Dunkley. You can take a deep dive and submit your priorities across both areas (using 100 points for each area) or just focus on the area that matters most to you.
This is your chance to have your say: where should Council focus its efforts and seek Federal and/or State funding over the next four years?
The list of infrastructure projects is available at
The local projects portal will be open until Sunday 1 May 2022.
