Arson Squad officers are seeking information regarding a house fire in Willagee today, Sunday 3 November 2024.
About 7:15am, police were called to the Hodge Street residence. Police and Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel attended the scene.
The house was extensively damaged as a result of the fire.
Arson Squad officers attended the scene, and at this time the fire is being treated as suspicious until it can be determined otherwise.
Anyone with information regarding this incident, or who saw or who has vision of anyone acting suspiciously in Hodge Street and the surrounding area between 6:00am and 7:30am, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at . Information can be provided anonymously.
Rewards of up to $25,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
