A woman has died following a serious crash at West Ryde overnight.
About 10.20pm (Saturday 14 December 2019), emergency services were called to Victoria Road, near West Parade, after reports a Nissan Silvia and a Toyota Camry collided head-on.
The 20-year-old female passenger of the Nissan Silvia was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for critical injuries before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where she later died.
The 21-year-old male driver of that car was also taken Royal North Shore Hospital with serious injuries.
The 20-year-old male driver of the Toyota Camry and his 23-year-old female passenger were taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment for minor injuries.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Investigators are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the crash to come forward.
