Campaspe Shire Council is excited to announce the recipients of this year’s Campaspe Youth GO! Grant.
The grant is supported by the State Government’s Engage! Program and will assist a variety of groups and organisations to run youth focused activities and events through the year.
Mayor, Cr Rob Amos said the grant provides great opportunity to engage with youth, one of Council’s nine groups of priority.
“The applications were assessed by representatives from Council’s Youth Action Group (YAG), supported by Officers, to help evaluate applications from a youth perspective, meet the criteria of the grant process and develop the skills and experience of current YAG members.
“The successful projects will provide a variety of programs, activities and events between now and the end of the year from organisations across the shire, so keep an eye out for upcoming events!” Cr Amos added.
