A youth will face court tomorrow for his alleged involvement in a recent series of break-ins across the metropolitan area.
Police are investigating a significant number of break-ins which occurred at Torrensville, Greenwith and Para Hills in the early hours of Wednesday 7 February.
As part of that investigation, police attended a home at Mile End early this morning (Sunday 11 February) and arrested a 16-year-old Devon Park boy.
He was charged with two counts of serious criminal trespass and theft relating to break-ins that occurred at a fast-food shop at Woodville and a bakery at Croydon Park.
Investigators have identified that this youth was also allegedly involved in a number of other break-ins which occurred on Sunday 4 February.
They include two service stations at Blair Athol and Northfield, and food outlets at Torrensville, Croydon Park, Kilkenny.
In total, the youth was charged with nine counts of criminal trespass and theft, and breach of bail. He did not apply for bail and will appear in the Adelaide Youth Court tomorrow.
